That statement doesn't interfere with my claims; this or R4i-SDHC can be flashed with the official B9S flashers. If you know someone that has a hacked DS or an original DS (Lite) you can just get the cheaper card, exact same hardware-wise, and flash it with no extra cost. It's not worth it.

So, for this card, is it used for installing B9S in any 3ds consoles in order to play cia games (e.g. Shin Megami Tensei 4 Apocalypse) directly? Thanks. Reply:yes

This card is basically the exact same as the R4i-SDHC 3DS RTS card, which is cheaper and can be flashed with the official B9S flasher instead of their unofficial one. Avoid this and go with the regular one. Reply:R4I-B9S is pre-flashed ntrboothax
